What is a trading journal or trading log?
A trading journal or trading log is history of all the trades that a trader has completed. Any fields that the trades’ feels is useful can be entered in this journal. Over time the trader will be able to review the past trades and analyze which ones were successful and those trades that failed. By continuously reviewing and refining their trading strategy the traders’ skills and success increase over time.
